Secop Compressors (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. participated in the 2013 China Household Electrical Appliances Association Technology Conference (CHEAA), held in Jiangsu from Oct. 30th to Nov. 1st. Although Secop (formerly Danfoss Compressors) has been active in China's household appliances market for over 10 years, this is the first time Secop has attended the event. During the conference, Secop successfully presented its technology innovations in multiple ways:
Booth
Secop exhibited its XV7.2KX (R600a - isobutane), BD1.4F-VSD (micro) and SC15MNX (R290 - propane) models with relevant product literature at the event. The XV compressor attracted many visitors from the refrigeration industry, including customers, association members and university affiliates. Refrigeration manufacturers, interested in compressors applying to refrigeration, freezing, water dispensing and even light commercial applications, made up 43% of visitors. 21% of visitors were suppliers, while 14% were either association members or university personnel. Visitor requests for quotes on products and for technical information will be delegated to Secop's sales team for follow up.
XV Compressor won First Prize
The Secop XV variable speed compressor was awarded the first prize for "CHEAA Technology Progress Award." CNS General Manager, Ms. Liu Shujing (Annie), accepted the prize on behalf of the group.
Speech
Mr. Peter M. Hansen, Head of Secop Global Application, delivered a speech entitled Smart Cooling – Mini Variable Compressor for the refrigeration branch, which focused on Secop’s R&D and application achievements in the miniaturization and variable speed compressor over the last few years. The audience showed great interest in the topic and actively engaged in communication on the spot.
