As a non-profit initiative, initiated by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH the Green Cooling Initiative offers a one of a kind platform for companies, organizations, countries and individuals. The Green Cooling Initiative:
Green cooling helps to protect the environment, resources and the climate. The aim of the Green Cooling Initiative is to establish a global Green Cooling Network, which will accelerate the transfer of environmentally friendly technologies in the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors. Besides this, the Initiative aims to support renewable technologies to contribute towards a sustainable reduction of fossil fuel consumption.
With its propane and isobutane compressors Secop has developed an innovative product/technology for the green cooling sector. As a member Secop supports the Green Cooling Initiative in its efforts to promote natural refrigerants and protect the environment, resources and the climate.
