NVH Engineer (m, f, d)

Your Tasks

• Lead problem solving projects, applying structured methods, like six sigma DMAIC.
• Numerical and experimental characterization of existing products, in order to identify opportunities for NVH improvement.
• Run numerical and experimental analysis aiming to improve NVH performance by the use of: DOE, Transmission Losses, Structural Transmissibility, Fluid-Structure, Modal Analysis, Algorithm Optimization.
• Manage the prototype of special parts in suppliers.
• Manage technicians in lab to assembly and test prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to integrate NVH considerations into the product development process.
• Stay updated on the latest NVH technologies, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead and participate in research projects aimed at improving NVH performance of reciprocating compressors.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of NVH analysis, test results, and recommended improvements.

Your Qualifications

• Several years in similar role, with demonstrated results
• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• English professional proficiency
• Stage-Gate Product Development process
• Six Sigma DMAIC/DFSS
• Ansys, Actran
• National Instruments, B&K, Dewesoft
• Matlab, Labview, Python
